Aztec
Dave purchased this at the 1998 Chicago Expo from a booth. I
bought a 300
from the same guy and a Skylab
from someone else. A very successful trip I would say.
The Aztec was missing the knocker and xylophone. Dave was ripped of a
little on this one. It was last played in France before he bought it. It
was still wired for 240 & it had "franc" coin
chutes. The game is now shopped and works great. Dave sold it to one
of his
card club friends.
I also had an Aztec for about 2 months. I bought it at an estate
sale just before it ended. The woman said it played, I tried and it didn't.
She told me that a dealer had told her it was broken and might come back
later. After I bought it and started taking it apart, I noticed that one of
the wiring harnesses had come out. This doesn't happen by accident does it?
I'll bet that dealer was going to come back and show her it didn't work and
try to steal it. When I put it together at home it was working 95% of the
way. I
shopped it good before selling it. |
