Decisions decisions! Obviously a few beers helps the decision making process. I really wanted an OXO for the last few years. I knew this one would probably go cheap. It was at the end of the auction and the backglass was pretty sad. I had it at $150, but someone bid $160. I decided that I had enough restoration projects in the basement (Pat Hand, Toledo, Night Rider) so I dropped out. If I had been smart, I would have already checked with Mayfair to see if he had the glass and what the price was. Funny how a few beers screws up the decision making process.
